Only one more year until it can legally try to drink itself to death like its creator did!

Ok there was lots of blow usage in there too.

On the one hand you posted the whole album. On the other it's to a fucking COD video.

I've never played a CoD game in my entire life, and hey it's better than just a still of the album cover I guess.

I listened to this and Pretty Hate Machine last night. Had no clue it was the 20th anniv. I guess I'm a psychic.

It can't be 20 years old, I was in high school when it ...

...fuck.

Started & stopped listening to NIN during high school.

*don't click unless you want to feel really old*
spoiler (click to show/hide)
But I was 3 years old when this album came out.
[close]

edit: Ah, I see that Wrath already dropped that bomb. Carry on.

Even though I saw them twice in concert (and they are great live), I was never really a huge fan. Trent's vocals are weak and he always overproduced most of his music and stripped it's of it's soul. The guitars were just background noise and not the drive shafts of the song.

I felt their penultimate song was 'Burn' off the Natural Born Killers soundtrack. Everything great about NiN is all in that song. It felt raw, unhinged and menacing.

I saw NIN and Bowie together. That was pretty epic.

That isn't what penultimate means.

Same, opening night no less. Bowie mostly played stuff off his new at the time LP Outside which had yet to be released and since this was pre-widespread net/filesharing nobody knew most of the stuff he was performing.

That's my favorite tune of his and also probably the most cliched industrial-y thing he's ever done. :lol
