That wasn't realistic at all. It was quite hideous too. In fact it reminded me of that TMNT video where they beat off their paper mache cocks. Very disturbing.

What's great is that you can tell from the placard / thumbnail screens, as well as the audio editing, that the prankster definitely has some skills. It's basically an advanced form of rickrolling.
