When it was versus yes. When it was re-announced as 15 it was announced for both. The e3 trailer has both logos.

When they were talking about how they've developed the game, they basically said there was a chance for a PC version. At this point I don't know why you don't have one.

Square is having monetary difficulties as well, but they're fluid and TINY compared to Sony, and still may wend their way out from under their troubles. Sony is more likely looking at a protracted death spiral unless they get support from the Japanese government, or are bought by another zaibatsu like Matsushita.
