Literally the only gaming memorabilia I have is a MH3U poster and a Brachydios figurine. Oh and one of those 30 limited edition Platinum Game cups from when they beta tested their online shop. I've kinda drawn a hard line in the sand about this stuff, haha.

Not gonna front, there's times where I don't really want the best food possible. When I just want some trashy, near-cafetaria quality food. El Zarape tacos hit that. They make SUPER DOPE lobster burritos though.

Also not gonna front, I'm a burrito guy before tacos. Quesadillas and tacos kinda flip flop for me.

That taco on the bottom with the green sauce? Best taco I've ever had. I ordered al pastor with onions, cilantro, lettuce, and cheese with slice of lime. I put verde sauce on it, then I squeezed a lime, and added sriracha. The combination of lime, sriracha, onions, and cilantro mixed with the al pastor managed to create a heavenly experience of sweetness, tanginess that is unparalleled. I've had a few tacos in my life and that without a doubt the best. Good lord.

I was born in Detroit but lived in university public housing for graduate/medical students during my early years. So I was surrounded by Asians, Arabs, Africans, and white people.

One of my mom's favorite stories is that every year the project would have a big Easter event, including a game where kids had to take Easter eggs from a pile, run and put them in a box, then run back to the pile etc etc. One year when I was three or four she said I participated, alongside a bunch of other kids. All the foreigner parents were yelling at their kids to pick up the eggs and run to the boxes, and their kids were doing it. Meanwhile the American parents were looking like :what while their kids just stood around shy. Finally my mom said she started yelling at me to get the eggs, like the foreigner parents, and I started getting the eggs.
