Sega Japan filed a new Shenmue trademark. Not a renewal. Something completely new.

The last time Sega filed a new Shenmue trademark was 3 months before Shenmue Gai - the crappy japan only Yahoo! Games title - was announced. Corey Marhall - the voice of Ryo - said he was back in the studio last year, but not for Shenmue III. So there's a slight chance of something, but what?

Wasn't he a racer in some Sonic Kart game? I'm going to guess they're doing a Sonic Smash Brothers and Ryo is going to be a character.

how the shit is Shenmue III a possibility for a global audience when Yakuza 5 ain't?
