Dinos were all gone by the paleolithic era. There was bitching megafauna all over though, like mammoths and gigantic sloths and beavers and such.
20 grams of protein, 500 calories :roflat least 20 grams of protein and 500 calories or less bb
These guys came with their own shell:Dinos were all gone by the paleolithic era. There was bitching megafauna all over though, like mammoths and gigantic sloths and beavers and such.
Giant sloth tacos. :drool
Mups: what about the beans and corn?I'm not currently on paleo so I don't care, but they'd be a no no if I was. I just want more protein out my taco smell
I think the spirit of paleo is to get men to buy into it by appealing to their masculinity.nah, not really. Momo is right. It's staying away from unhealthy oils and fats, simple carbs and processed proteins for the most part.

Yeah, paleo is feminine as fuck.
I had a pizza made out of cauliflower, which I spent an hour making in the kitchen earlier. And cheese that I bought at a farm (yes i know im not really supposed to be eating cheese, I only have it once a month and it's not really my enemy anyway)
No dairy was consumed during the paleolithic era, so it's not really paleo. But i'm more concerned with the spirit of paleo, so i'm being sensible and just staying away from grains, dumb carbs, salt, sugar, dumb oils, lemurs etc. Been losing weight like mad but im not really sure if it's the exercise or diet, i say both.Yeah, paleo is feminine as fuck.

Cheese is paleo given it's not processed.
Paleo doesn't have to be low carbSweet potatoes and nuts! hmm
No dairy was consumed during the paleolithic era, so it's not really paleo. This is where the stupid comes in with the whole paleo thing. Nothing against a balanced diet, but the reasoning behind this one is so - woo woo.

I also eat 80%+ dark chocolate once a week, because it has more benefits than not.
It's like the literal word of the bible thing, if you are following it you're doing it wrong. Follow the spirit, buy raw foods dont buy pre mixed or processed crap. think even just that is a great win for most folk.No dairy was consumed during the paleolithic era, so it's not really paleo. This is where the stupid comes in with the whole paleo thing. What. Most paleo people use things like fish and bacon and olive/coconut oil and butter. These are core parts of the diet. What are you talking about? :whatThats what people preach (and thats how im doing it) but a lot of people I know and see commenting around the net are still using the same vegetable oils, salt and butter. It's an amazing sight really, watching people getting worked up over grass fed beef when they still put the rest of that shit on top of it.

Seriously Momo. This thread is about Taco Bell.Hence why it is a good thread to change the topic in :hitler
i have fully switched over to ghee as my main cooking oil/fat after having used all the oils in the pantry besides ghee and coconut oil because seriously, who uses the latter?
and after googling it, apparently using ghee is part of some stupid whole30/paleo program
