Title: So I'm in game development class right now...
Post by: Himu on January 18, 2007, 08:18:39 PM: What the fuck have I done? I'm in game development class right now and it's so damn embarassing being with these people. We're discussing our favorite games now by putting the name of our favorite game on a piece of paper, folding it up, putting it in a box. Some random person comes up and explains the game.

This just popped up:

"Metal Gear Solid is....a first person shooter."

the GEARS OF WAR guy was like WHICH VERSION and went on a tirade over which game was which. "There are 3 versions: the original japanese famicom version. The super nintendo version which was ours but it's actualy FFIV or V...I don't know which. And the recent one that was a remake of the original on the gba."

You should frequent the B3D boards (Beyond3d.com). Its a good way to gauge how the inner workings of 3D work and coding (if thats your aim). Its what turned me off to the venture :lol
