Apparently, he didn't even have a heart attack at the scene. The paramedics were called (the ambulance did not set off the emergency sirens!) and 7 minutes elapsed. The ambulance was right across the street and yet the cops said,"no, not yet" and did not attempt to perform cpr. The paramedics didn't attempt to do cpr either.

I've done that same rear naked choke hold about 1000 times over the last 3 weeks.  Uh you arent really supposed to apply it longer than a couple of seconds
