I thought the PSP version had super shitty slowdown or some shit.

Is the PSP WOTL good enough to play over the original disc version, even with that in mind? I'm either rebuying the original or buying WOTL for the Vita, leaning latter.

Also are FF5 and FF6 on Vita any faster with loading than the Anthology originals?

Slowdown is over-exaggerated, you will be fine

That PS3 FFX/X-2 price is tempting. But I feel the retail will be much lower by the time I'm free to play it. Might nab Front Mission 3 doe. About time I finish this game.

If I have never played a Front Mission in my life would I understand what's going on in FM3?

I'm about to throw my PLAYSTATION SPACE BUX at my computer monitor and would love some sage advice.

Sure, it's not really heavily connected storywise to anything else as far as i can remember.  it's an awesome game, too.

Thanks, bro! :heartbeat

That does look pretty bad. I haven't played the original in 15 years though so it won't be as obvious. I slogged through FF9 back in the day. I will just get WOTL

Front mission 3 was the first game they brought in english and while there is an official version of the original for the DS, there is no english version at all (but i think there is a fantranslated version) of front mission 2

Might buy Front Mission 3 for $3.

!

Everyone should buy this if:

-You like mechs
-You like mech customization a la Armored Core
-You like SRPGs
-You like "political" plots (though FM3 isn't heavy political)
-All the above

Downside is, the English version doesn't tie into the previous two entries like FM1-5 Japan does. :/

here, visc, skip to the 3:00 mark and see how much it bothers you.

You can fix that though with an .iso patch for emulators or CFW.

Ah, see you mentioned that. Still bears repeating. War of the Lions with the slowdown fixed is defo. the definitive version to get.

My PSP went legit bro. It's not about that hack life. Especially since I don't have my PC here. The "...Whatever" was a FF8 quote, I'm actually really excited they put those games on sale ^^ had $20 in my PSN account sitting around just for those.

Finally got Gungnir. Almost nabbed Growlanser as well, but then I remembered how I don't actually play games.
