When I was a kid it was the GOAT insult for one of my brothers, who does indeed have a head that's shaped sort of like a cashew. He used to catch feelings but we mainly used it when he was doing dumb shit, like not doing his chores and getting us in trouble.
One day he accidentally burned his stomach with a clothes iron and as he was crying one of my other brothers said "I told you he was a peanut head..." That's when my parents banned the insult, although of course we still whispered it to him every now and then.

Had to give Ls or take em breh. At least peanut head insults died down when we got older. I'm STILL taking an L to this day. When we were young my brothers and I would play outside a lot, and there were a lot of kids in our area of the subdivision. We had a neighbor across the street who was a MILF in hindsight, and one day she came up to us and said there was a kid 15 houses down from us who didn't have anyone to play with. She said we should all go down there and play with him since he was lonely.
So we walked all the way down the street to his house, introduced ourselves...
and then I said "we heard you were looking for friends. Well, here we are."

That line caused my brothers and the kids who came with us to bust out laughing, and the kid caught feelings. He played with us for a bit but we never played with him again, dude was boring as fuck. And to this day my brothers clown the hell out of me for saying that shit.
