It was dubbed back in the day, but only four episodes. As far as I know, nobody's subbed it either. I'd like to see it, too, but...

I tend to like more "Serious" stuff. I keep running into things where it seems it might be on the level then some character does that does that goofy-goofy-whaaaa-camera-face-squinteyes thing and I just want to close things down. It even seems to pollute otherwise ok things I've liked like Battleship Yamato which was otherwise pretty great.

Edit: Point is, though I think there was another thread for this, what's good? Really liked Beserk which I just watched.

Also they tend to be movies or OVAs that only a few episodes. For example: last week we watched Lensman: The Secret of the Lens and an episode from the Dirty Pair OVA's. They've definitely been more "serious" anime played time from time.

I personally recommend this Sunday: Hurricane Polymar Holy Blood(which is an awesome title btw). I recently watched a few days ago and it's a two part OVA, features sweet Umetsu designs(Kite,Mezzo Forte,Wizard Barristers), filled with really high quality action scenes. It does however have goofy-camera-squinteyes and kinda odd humor.

Post by: Great Rumbler on April 25, 2015, 10:44:59 PM: It's usually a mix of stuff, mostly movies and short OVAs from the 80's and 90's, since there's a ton of that stuff on Youtube. Newer stuff gets booted off Youtube pretty quick, if it gets put there at all, so don't expected anything like that. Sometimes it's more serious stuff, sometimes it's more comedic, and I'm definitely open to listening to specific requests.

I don't think we'll be able to watch that because the subtitles aren't hardcoded into the video file, they're activated through the Captions option.
