didn't realize they were retired for a couple years. fun show, terrible way to go.

I had heard that they were planning on retiring a couple years ago, but the weekly Saturday episodes never bothered saying they were encore episodes, so I assumed they'd scraped those plans to retire.

I really wish Garrison Keillor would follow through on his promise of retiring... argh.

Wouldn't they just keep doing Prairie Home Companion reruns in perpetuity just like they're doing with Car Talk so that old people don't stop sending in the checks?
