Has anyone else seen this completely ridiculous movie on Lifetime? It's about a skinny girl who dresses up like a fat girl to uncover America's hidden prejudices. It plays out like a grade school assembly program. The dialogue is atrocious and the character archetypes are so broad it's embarrassing.
But it's also solid gold. There's a bitchy clothing store manager who tells the girl she's too fat and the fat friend who keeps a stash of candy bars in her glove compartment. There are vague allusions to a mother character who "Ate so much she gave herself diabetes and a heart attack!" and has, somehow, recovered.
Oh. Tell me someone else has seen this.

sorry :-\

The ironic, pop-culture dialogue in here is painful: "Do you really think you'll be bff after this?" and "That was just like Richard Gere in pretty woman!"
And she just got a B++ on her test.

Oh no, fat girl and emo guy found out she's a skinny girl when the 3 of them got humiliated by a couple of 12 year old kids.

I think I saw part of it while flipping through channels. These two fat girls and a dorky guy were at a bowling alley when some 13 year olds started making fun of them. Then one of the 13 year olds poured a drink on one of the fat girls, who left the bowling alley all upset. Her fat friends followed her to the parking lot and it turned out the drink had MELTED HALF OF HER FACE OFF and I was like holy shit this is awesome.
but then it turned out she had just been wearing a fat suit to write an newspaper article about being fat or something and I changed the channel.

Yeah, I saw that this was on today when I was flipping channels, but I watched a documentary about the Palm islands in Dubai instead.
