It was because of him that I learned that "EXTREME animal pornography" was a special and distinct crime compared to just "animal pornography" in the UK.

I have to imagine the rest of the bands artistic output is going to increase with Geoff Rickley replacing him however.

from the list, had to go with MJ. while polanskistans, cosbynauts, and allenoids have to overlook a wide array of 'if this was your neighbor you'd have throw him down a well' documented evidences, jacksonphiles have to overlook not only the former but an entire manufactured, out in the open personality.

Yeah, don't look up too many of the details. His wife/GF just got charged in connection with it all too.

The band claims they knew something was up in recent years but not what it turned out to be.

I feel like Antz is remembered relative to A Bug's Life which isn't fair because A Bug's Life is fucking garbage and Antz deserves to stand on its own merits

The Downward Spiral was recorded in that house (along with some of the first Marilyn Manson LP Portrait of an American Family) and its door was the front door to nothing studio in n'awlins. TR claims he didn't know that it was THAT house when he rented it initially.

I remember it being a big deal at the time, THE BIG SHOWDOWN between Dreamworks and Disney in CGI movies, but like Antz is almost, adult-focused, with language and massacres and attempted genocide and so on. A Bug's Life is standard Disney fare in that regard.

Honestly Jordan-tier. And he absolutely destroyed the Spurs. That was the point where people seriously thought he had a shot at surpassing Jordan. He never quite lived up to that again though.
The series just before San Antonio, he had 48 and 16 game 4 in Sacramento. The narrative of "those were Shaq's rings" is mostly due to Shaq's SSS-tier Finals performances, and that's justified, but people are way too eager to overlook how great Kobe was in the Western Conference playoffs 00-02.
