Did these sales get shittier, or did bundle madness and deep discount sites like greenmangaming just make them seem less exciting? I legitimately don't know.

And: massive backlog of unplayed games from previous sales.

Winter sale is stupid now that there's thanksgiving sale less than a month before with the same exact prices.  Sales should be twice a year so games actually get cheaper every 6 months in the next sale.  I mean if I didn't buy it at thanksgiving, I'm not gonna buy it now.

I guess the only difference is that there's more days with this, so a few games will get dailies that didn't at thanksgiving.  I dunno, my backlog is too big so I won't buy any AAA unless it's $13 or under and won't buy any indie unless it's $7 or under.  Not expecting to buy anything.

The good news is gone are the days of me spending $300 a steam sale!  Now I spent like $15 on the last day on a few indies and that's it.

You can get it for 20% off now with the code ORIGIN20, I dunno if it'll get any more discounted than that.

This. Don't bother with the season pass. The multiplayer was dying a few months ago and is dead now that Unity is out.

Get AC4 and the Freedom Cry DLC (or Stand Alone) and play them both.

I've only bought a couple things from it (Mount Your Friends most notably) but did get some stuff from elsewhere that was better deals like GMG and Amazon. But then I did get a handful of stuff I was waiting for at certain price points during the Thanksgiving sale. And only one of them has been cheaper, and it was like fifty cents cheaper.
