Title: I woke up with a big zit on my nose

I woke up with a big zit on my nose this morning, and now I'm at work and its all swollen and red on one side and it's really embarrassing. I can't pop it either, it's one of those no-headers  >:(

Put some neosporin on it... that kills em in like a day.

I always get a zit when I get really stressed out. Usually it's on my forehead :-\

I tried sticking a needle in it this morning to great failure

I thought stress zits show up on your chin? At least they do for me.

Either stick a needle in it, or put some toothpaste (not gel) on it when you get home to dry it out. I've heard good things about using a hot compress on it for 20 minutes on 20 minutes off to bring it to a head so you can pop it, but I've never tried it.
