Title: I Want a Communist Party Remake of House of Cards

Present day, historical, alternate history, imagined country, whatever.

I want to see some crazy political backstabbing that is just as topsy-turvy as the following the weird ass stories that come out of present day China, North Korea, or Soviet Russia.  I want to see servants of the state balancing their grotesque appetites while maintaining the facade of humility that their position requires.  I want to see plot-specific reasons for arbitrary gamesmanship and political jousting.  I want to see a situation where purging your staff means you really do purge your staff.

I think it could be the best thing ever.  Does such a thing exist now, in some sort of media I may acquire?

Uh, how would you make this show and have it be communist? None of those things would exist in a communist society as all of the working class would voluntarily work together towards their singular common goal. People will have moved beyond such petty material things

The show would literally have to reject the science of Marxism, and quite frankly I don't know many viewers who would be able to suspend disbelief at such an absurd fantasy world.
