Also, they won against the "best defense in the league" after all that went down and they absolutely shredded the Colts in a way that you can't argue away with a few deflated balls.

there's no evidence deflated balls offer any benefit. It's just his preference. I'm all for shitting on the Patriots for legit cheating they've gotten away with like Spygate, and while the deflated balls certainly play into a perceived culture of corruption/cheating...there's no benefit.

Brady is gonna appeal the shit out of that and honestly probably win, as there's no direct evidence as far as I can tell. I mean, circumstantially it's obvious as fuck he was telling those dudes "give me balls on the low end of the PSI, wink wink nudge nudge" but I've still yet to see actual proof. The Wells investigation isn't credible because it's not just a presentation of facts- they're acting as judge and jury too, basically. I'll be very surprised if Brady actually sits any games at all.

Personal fouls aren't cheating. Including them on the list only inflates other team's "cheating" list to make it seem like "everyone" is cheating.

Hell honestly I'm not really convinced deflating balls is "cheating" since there's no advantage to it. However I heard an interesting theory on the radio: what if the balls were deflated to prevent fumbles? The Pats have the lowest fumble/turnover rate in the league iirc, and the tuck rule was created because of that Patriots Raiders game. Maybe they deflated balls to ensure Brady could hold onto the ball.
