2-D Glasses™ allow any RealD 3D movie to be viewed as if it is a normal two-dimensional movie. I created them so my wife could come see 3D movies with me without getting a headache. Soon, I realized that we weren't the only people with this problem, so i [sic.] decided to make them avaliable online [sic.]
My wife loves them, and I hope you will too,
Hank
Not sure that this is really a problem that needs a solution, given that 3D is quickly receding back into the mists of time.
I bet plenty of nerds will be down to pay for the new Star Wars in 3D, perhaps repeatedly if it miraculously turns out to not be a shit show. Not sure that this is really a problem that needs a solution, given that 3D is quickly receding back into the mists of time.
I wonder if Avatar 2 will make everyone jazzed about shitty 3d again.
3d is a shit gimmick. Fact.
When done right, 3D looks awesome on my tv. I'd hate to see it go away fully and at least be an available option. :yeshruggravity in 3d at home is a yooo moment.
This thread is not about the merits of three-dimensional movies but the sheer ludicrousness of crafting special lenses to watch three-dimensional movies in the second dimension when (to my knowledge) every movie receives a release in the second dimension still.

Thank you for clarifying. In the future maybe you could consider providing an explicit explanation of what the thread is supposed to be about in the opening post to reduce the risk of this sort of confusion.

I wear glasses already.
Having to wear 3D glasses on my glasses is some bullshit I never enjoy.

That's because the 3D on the original 3DS is kinda borked since you have to hold the system perfectly still to not mess up the effect. The New 3DS with the head tracking tech is infinitely better.
