Because there's only 2 hours of Blade Runner and like 500 of Doctor Who?

And yes, those 2 hours are a classic that can stand up to most of the best eps of Doctor Who, but it's only 2 hours.  There is more Doctor than you can experience in a lifetime.  So much history and lore.  Plus Ridley Scott is a shitty director.

But I've watched Blade Runner about 1000 times which is 2000 hours of entertainment. Doctor Who kept me occupied for like an afternoon.

Why would you watch Blade Runner that many times?  It is vastly inferior to the book.

I wouldn't say its inferior. The similarities are so few that I like to think of them as two different stories, both being great.

I dunno.  Ford is a pretty shitty actor no matter how you cut Blade Runner.

It's really good.

Note that if you dislike talky movies, you should probably skip it.  Richard Linklater makes great dialogue heavy movies.

i just watched blade runner from start to finish for the first time its good but i enjoy campy dr who more. blade runner is much more cerebral
