I do a baby-bok-choi and tofu grill that's easy and tasty. I also like searing asparagus with soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds.

I like making tacos but it's hard to find tortillas in my part of Osaka.

Grilled stuff mainly - chicken kebabs, grilled veggies, pork chops slathered in BBQ sauce, grilled lamb marinated with rosemary/red wine vinagrette/spices, sausage.

Favorite meal lately is grilling some eggplants, peppers and onions, and placing them on a grilled pita with harissa.

Lately chicken thighs and pork chops cooked in various sauces along with a salad. Sausage with onion and peppers has been pretty common too.

I crock pot a lot during the winter but in the summer its mostly pan frying or grilling

Salad
Pasta
Rice Pasta n' cheese
Rice paper wraps with lettuce, basil, mint, and meat  (almost always use pork that I cook up with my own sauces n' spices)
Salad with said pork and ginger dressing
Subway sammiches
Chipotle Buritto Bowls

That's really about it on my diet.  Don't go to as many (real) restaurants as much.  Did eat at an awesome Thai place a few weeks ago though.
