Title: Who are popular artists/actors/celebs with the tween (girl) crowd?

Help guys, only thing I know is One Direction, but I have to do some research for a client and I'm drawing a blank.

Which artists/actors/celebs are popular with tween girls?

I would look at spotify top lists, seems like they are generated mostly by young people.
