So I wasn't aware of Dead or Alive's history. Read some wiki shit, and then saw recent pictures of Pete Burns.

Look Wrath, I was trying to make a joke about confusing Dead or Alive the band for Dead or Alive the game by posting the Itagaki emote, but then you messed it up by actually confusing DoA the band for DoA the game, and I've already got a lot on my plate here as it is with some of my recent posts falling flat and other of my (imo) quality shit posting falling to get any likes, so couldn't you have at least Googled or something is all I'm saying?

Yeah, he went from Pete Burns to Pete Burn Ward. It's a crime, as he did the glam-sexy genderfuck thing really well, without falling into Bowie or Reed's style. It sounds like he was taken advantage of by plastic surgeons. I mean, yeah, it's obvious they did a bad job -- but at a certain point he should have been questioning the competence of those people, but likely just became more obsessed.

That's one of my favorite '80s songs, too.  :'(
