Little did the Feds know that killing RentBoy.com was fruitless because Andrex had already created his Horcrux: TheBore.com.

RentBoy made me think it was a pedo service that would deliver or ship boys.

Obama's America.

The site bills itself as "the world's destination to meet the perfect male escort or masseur," and boasts a database of more than 10,500 men in more than 2,100 cities worldwide.

I'm not so sure about the wisdom of calling your company rentboy in the first place. I mean it's not hookers.com, but close enough.

RentBoy made me think it was a pedo service that would deliver or ship boys.
Sounds more like a Nintendo service to me.

So what he was saying the first time?
-
Was this a popular service? Seems like it would be so easy to get laid with grindr/craigslist/etc that there wouldn't be much of a point. Or backpage if you're paying.

The silence - and in some places, approval - on this from LGBT circles is nuts. The irony of considering prostitution morally bad when people are doing to survive, and you represent a culture that people deem "morally corrupt" is lost on them. The quote from the one escort who assumed queer people would understand how important sex work is for the community is on the mark yet I bet those same people who scoff at it will be quoting Paris Is Burning as if its only message is that drag and trans lingo is badass.

I dunno. I can see the importance of the sex trade and think it should be legal, but at the same time I can see why some people approve of the raid. There's sexual risks/factors in it that aren't regulated and controlled. I don't know how to properly put it into words, so I guess my gist would be: Gay people aren't that far removed from Straight people when it comes to some sexual issues so long as it doesn't "tread on me."
