my brother gave me his old desktop and my parents gave me a monitor, keyboard, and a printer (lmao) for it. I also got a nice knit sweater and a box of jams and some other food stuffs.

How to Mix Drinks (or the Bon-Vivant's Companion) by Jerry Thomas, which is from the mid-1800s and less a recipe guide than a historical artifact The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks by David A. Embury, which is actually funny and fun to read Cocktails: How to Mix Them by Robert Vermiere, which is just a nice pocket guide
