These rooms aren't even that cheap. If I can stay in France for <$40 a night on AirBnB, I'm definitely not paying $60-$175/night in the occupied West Bank.

Your comparing apples to oranges though.  France is just a vacation where this is a fantasy vacation which lets you roleplay as a member of the chosen people.
