I'll go with Calvin Johnson since it felt like he had more to give and never got a championship.

I think Kobe's retirement is the biggest news story, but I will miss Calvin Johnson the most. Dude had a lot of heart and never got the payoff for it.

Kobe, my Laker friends haven't been the same since his retirement wind down. Thank god that's over, that final game was an amazing display of hero ball. I got emotional and I've never cared for the Lakers or Kobe.

I cared about Kobe's more, mostly because I wish he would have done it sooner. Destroyed the team and their capability to rebuild for 5 years because of his ego. I say this as a fan, but I'm a bigger Lakers fan.

Don't forget that paycheck  :cmonson

Y'all lucky he didn't stick around longer.

Obviously Kobe is the biggest star athlete on the list and thus the biggest retirement, but for me personally? Megatron.

It's Floyd. He's a shitbag of a human, his matches were boring as dogshit if you weren't a boxing purist, etc etc etc. But his achievements in his field vs. everyone else in the poll are on another level. 49-0.
