Anyone else in the bore workout?
I've been pretty off in my morning cardio lately since I gotta work at 8:30 but I've been pretty on the game lately, I've also been eating like a motherfucker (heathy things mind you). My goal this year is to be fucking huge.
Anyone else?

I started back on the 3rd after a 2 1/2 year layoff. I've gained about 20 lbs and 3 dress sizes in that time. So .. uhh .. I had to hit bottom before I could start climbing back up.
I go 4-5 times a week. Doing one body part a day with 30 minutes of cardio on top. I've lost 5 1/2 lbs so far.

Yeah, but I stay in the 70-75kg weight region

My work schedule has been very heavy lately, so it's been on and off for the last year or so. Ideally though I alternate daily between weights and interval workouts.

I'm thinking about getting some dumbells
Is that a good idea?

I did briefly at school last year, but it was short-lived.
I did work out like crazy when I was like 12 though, but it wasn't a good kind of working out. :/ I'm lazy now, haha.

On and off. Just seriously started up again.

Capoeira, three to four days a week.
Also, aiming to lose 20 pounds in the first half of this calendar year.

i try to do an hour of cardio every day, but i miss a day here and there lately with my class schedule.
i want you to know the statement, "my goal is to be freaking huge" made me snort.

I work out 4 days a week. 3 days cardio, 1 weightlifting
