Eurojank you say? :shaq

I actually liked both of their previous games, despite some heavy jank, so I'll be getting this.
-
I got it because an account I game share with bought it. I'll post some impressions later.
I didn't care for the mars war logs game. It was too janky even for me. But bound by flame was an improvement.
-
I'll never forgive this game for fooling me into thinking it's a new tech romancer every time I see a thread on it :(
-
I think this looks cool, but I have too many other rpgs to play right now.
-
What kind of RPG are we talking here - I need deets
I will play it right alongside the other jankfests
-
Really really want to play but none of my family share homies got it and I'm def. waiting for a sub $20 price.

Their previous games have been a lot like Mass Effect/Dragon Age Inquisition in terms of combat, skills, and progression. I'd imagine this one plays similarly.

It reminds me of the Kotor games in that you roll around in an overworld and go do missions and sidequests. The combat is action oriented. It's a like a shittier version of the witcher combat.
The nice bit is that their are three different combat styles. You can have a weapon and a shield. Or just use a staff and another where you have a gun and a knife of some kind. They each have an upgrade table. You also have a magic system that overlays on top of this combat system which is where the "Technomancer" bit comes in. Think force powers.
It has a crafting system where you can upgrade the weapons or dismantle them for parts. There is a party system where you can bring people with you. It feels like their most ambitious game yet and while you can admire the ambition, it's still janky as all get out with shitty voice acting and average to below average graphics.
This is still a game you should wait for a hefty sale on. The music is pretty cool. It has like a 70's sci fi carpenter vibe to it. I give credit to the dev team. They have the right goals. They dream big. They just don't have the budget/talent to execute on those things. But they do try. I'll play it to completion. It's not a painful game to play.
