A client sent me an email saying, "Haven't seen you in a while, how have you bin?"

I nearly threw the table.

The ones that give me the impression the writer never bothers even trying to learn how to spell foreign-origin names or words.

As long as the meaning is easily discerned, I don't really care. Like "please advice" is wrong. It should be "please advise" but I won't hold it against you.

Every single one I make. I will edit a week old post if I notice something I haven't before.

I read so many notes that used speech recognition software containing so many weird errors that I mentally change everything to the correct spelling or meaning in my head unconsciously

Well, yes, but that's more my pedantry shining through. If only I weren't such a lousy one.

i mean, basically every second word here in America is incorrect for me lol since in Canada you often add "u" after "o"s
ex. color vs colour

it's not a typo but a similar thing that irrationally annoys the shit out of me is when people are writing a list and one of the spots on the list has several items tied, but then they don't account for the amount of items once they move on to the next spot on the list. so you end up with top ten lists that have twelve items on it etc.  >:( :( :-X :-\ :maf :'(

Not a really a typoue, but "Decimation" having a very literal meaning that's got tossed in the heap is a continual pet peeve.  :maf

You can add September, October, November and December to that list.

It isn't a typo but there is a high up manager in my organization who writes in all caps and uses a lot of punctuation.

Example:

SEE ATTACHED FOR THE LATEST BUDGET REPORT!

PLEASE GET YOUR COMMENTS BACK TO ME BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY!!!!

- DICK... (yes, he uses an ellipsis after his name as his signature)
