Lost Order is a real-time tactics title that will be directed by Matsuno, produced by Cygames' Yuito Kimura and Platinum's Atsushi Inaba. The art duties on the game will be handled by Cygames' Akihiko Yoshida, who previously did art for Tactics Ogre and Bravely Default, while the soundtrack will handled by Noisycroak's Hideki Sakamoto.
FUCKING FINALLY
i don't even care that it might not even be in-depth at all. I'm just glad god hasn't abandoned us :rejoice

Didn't he have another mobile game a while ago?

Guy is washed

Who?

lol at the responses so far
But yeah, his 3DS downloadable game was fairly meh. If they fund him with real money to make a real game I'm interested, but if it's some budget mobile tactics game (real-time tactics sounds like mobile RTS) or something not gonna get excited.

That got cancelled AFAIK and he was just overwatch on it, not an actual director.

Dude hasn't been on a complete dev cycle for the past 16 years, he's not capable of doing big budget games anymore.
He's just a throw-away name on a Kickstarter to get nostalgia backing from 30yo hipsters who collect he-man toys when they come home from their web 4.0 jobs.

You mean the one where they used his name but they didn't even have anyone to program the game and so it never came out?

LOL
I rarely contribute to Kickstarters tbh. Half of them are marketing scams to get a real publisher to pay for development and the other half are made by incompetent indie devs who've never made a game before. Rare you find an actual honest team of people who know what they're doing and can deliver.
