Title: I Need Help Figuring Out This Potential Alt-Right Symbol

 When did this become a meme? Why does this man have weird formatting on his titles and descriptions? Why does he post 3/4 un-monetized videos of him a day in ridiculous set-ups? How come searching for "Shrek" on his page leads to a limitless deep hole of weird videos?
