Title: I'm out of crunch and I forgot how to work 9-6

I'm so confused now that crunch on my project is over. Instead of 12-14 hour days, I'm working 9 hour days with a Real Lunch. Supposedly. But having LESS to do has actually made me really inefficient! It's taking me just as long to do 25% of the workload, as my brain is unable to deal with this newfound freedom.

How can I fix this? Give me words of hard-working encouragement!

Just for the 3 months or so at the end of the project. However I think that everyone on the team agrees it was Worth It as the final product has met with Great Success. lol.
