Still gotta finish the final quest in Blood and Wine, kept putting it off to do side quests and stuff.

It seems I cant click on the Hearts of Stone only option, maybe I need to create a save game first or something

I really wish I could have my mind wiped and could play this with new eyes again. 

It's going to be a long time before we see another game like this.   :(  Maybe not till Cyberpunk.

started a fresh game anyway to get hang of it again
