Over the summer my wife and I decided to meet her at a park to give our kids time to play and give her a bit of a break. Her 3 year old wanted me to play with him on the playground so I go with him and by the playground was a lady in a full black Niqab. He points at her and says, "Monster! There's a monster!" and runs away almost crying. I just said, "Not my kid." And walked away.

Not that much but yeah I know the racism against black players is pretty bad there too. Just going with what I see on GAF - where the European posters unanimously come together to deride soccer hooligans who shout out racial slurs at black players, and preach how tolerant they are compared to us savage, uncouth Americans... but then when a Roma-related topic comes up, those same people say some horrible shit.

Yeah, he was a supercool guy who reported to me at my first management job. We were great friends 20 years ago, and now we're Facebook contacts. He's angrier than I remember.
