Utter and complete weakness.  Back in my day you weren’t allowed on campus if your balls weren’t galvanized in titanium and at least grapefruit sized.  We had no regard for how foolish it is to use the most sensitive body parts possessed by less than half the human population as a proxy for courage.  Courage, mind you that was imbued in us through the 2 decades of physical and emotional abuse we suffered under our parents.  They harangued us to build character.  You went to university as an ADULT fully prepared to encounter people with conflicting opinions.  In 2017, we have 22 year old babies yearning for hiveminds they call “safe spaces”.

“People de-friended me on Facebook”. Boo-fucking-hoo.  It’s not like the internet is an irrevocably embedded element of your social life or anything.  Quit crying and shut off the damn computer.

You know, sometimes your eye hurts when you poke yourself in the eye. It hurts because you're stupid. Maybe, that same lesson applies to these students...just maybe.
