Taking a dump.

Is there any more satisfying than taking a shit that totally clears your bowels. And is there anything worse than an unsatisfying dump and having to retry like an hour later?

Spicy food is the only thing that will have me on the can multiple times a day. Otherwise I'm like clockwork. 7:30am.

If you went the best poops, buy some bagged salad that near expired (or expired). Your bowels will be like "Awww hell no. GTFO."
