Title: EA Access is removing a game today for the first time

As previously reported, FIFA 14 is exiting the library on October 18. FIFA 14 had been in the EA Access "Vault" of free games since the service launched in 2014.
FIFA 14 will be removed from the library sometime on Wednesday, October 18, so if you really want it, you'll need to act quickly.

I imagine the licensing might play a factor in this. Especially of the players.

Maybe EA has shut down the servers for 14?

In that case, they would have to pay for traffic (in case someone downloaded it) but wouldn't be able to make money thru FUT.

Makes sense to remove it

I mean, if you really want a three-year-old FIFA you can get it for around 2.99 used. Or are they upset at EA promising not to do something, because if so lol

If they have the later years I don't consider this a true broken promise.

So glad SONY™ had the foresight NOT to allow this anti-consumer trash on the PS4™ PS4 PRO™ and PSVita™.

Genuinely feel very bad for all the Xbox One owners who, on top of everything else, now have games disappearing forever from their library to deal with.
