Set it and Forget it is the cornerstone of my high-school/college last minute 3am term paper efforts nostalgia....well that and Parker Posey Indie Films...most of which were awful.

I saw one once about a way to lose inches in your stomach, thighs, whatever. You applied this lotion to your skin and wrapped this plastic wrap around yourself. It was the weirdest thing ever.
