I can’t believe how well Destiny 2 reviewed in retrospect. The game is amazingly mediocre.

Yup. We all gave up on it pretty much. I'm locked in until DLC2, so I'll hop on whenever theres updates.

Loot game reviews are notoriously useless. Fidelity is not what makes or breaks them, but it's such a big part of scores.

Indeed. The beta was mediocre. Then Bungie did a bunch of suspect shit. I laughed, I mocked people that bought it. I played "The Division" despite it's numerous problems as well, and it TC:TD2 has problems like Destiny 2 didn't solve from the first, I'll rightly mock it like Destiny 2.

Kinda sad, a couple of friends played 1 basically until 2 came out, and I figured I'd grab it for half off after like a year, but there doesn't seem to be any point now since everyone dropped it. I saw it on sale last week and thought about grabbing it, but it doesn't seem worth it. Maybe I'll get the GOTY edition in a few years when it's like five bucks

Also so far the story is 100x better then D1.

I think Im close to the end already in 10 hours? Not sure.

Did some MP matches which is pretty fun.

Will finish up and do some strikes or raids or whatever.
