are pure scum, what is it about the weekend that inspires unpeople to crawl out of their crevasses and drive to the mall 20kmph below the speed limit?  :stahp

A hurry would be going over the speed limit, normal would be just about at the speed limit, if you're driving 40 on a 60 with your arm out the window your mental state is 'fuck look at this beautiful apartment building, and this hobo shitting on the sidewalk, man this scenery is so beautiful i better roll down my window and enjoy this shit' this isnt a lack of hurry, it's intentionally wanting to watch shit in a urban neighborhood it's fucking meme magic to me.
