I can see this being about as successful as a face transplant.  Technically, they are there and attached, but are they really going to work all that well?  At the very least, it's going to make small children cry and scream, and not in the way Amir0x likes.

I don't see why they wouldn't. Blood flows in and out of it for hard-ons. It's not really like the face where muscles/nerves/etc. live. Now the sensation from it is a different matter.

I wouldn't do it either, but I watched this DJ Vlad interview with Phoenix Marie and Lexington Steele, and they were saying how a lot of male pornstars inject viagra type stuff directly into the shaft. And once they inject so much the vein gets worn out and their dicks stop working, and a lot of them get surgeries where they scoop out all the innards and install a pump. I'm not sure they feel anything at that point.
