Title: It Was Just A Prank Bro Thread Of Consequences Will Never Be The Same

Certain Youtubers allow their viewers to pay money to have audio messages pay out loud (most of the time these message are racist, sexist, etc; designed to get a rise out of people).

Yesterday a streamer by the name Arab Andy (or ISIS Poseidon) was at the UW Seattle campus and caused a panic when one of their viewers paid to play an audio message:

He is currently being held in prison after being charged with a felony for making a bomb threat in public.

Unless he's an idiot, he's probably going to plead guilty and get a few years in prison.

That wasn't the first time a bomb threat happened during his stream (https://neatclip.com/clip/XodGrEy2), so ignorance isn't going to be a defense for him.

This post is rather surprising to me because only an idiot would plead guilty to state bomb threat charges when he has a reasonable case. The state would have to prove that he knew there was going to be a bomb threat made by the text to speech program. At worst I think he should be guilty of disturbing the peace or something.

He's got videos on his channel where it's happened before and I *believe* has had the cops called on him.

I found this old timey mechanical alarm clock somewhere and I used to carry it in my backpack. I was pretty dumb and didn't consider that something ticking inside my bookbag couod be construed as a bomb and I could get in serious trouble. Luckily that never happened, but my alarm did go off a couple of times in class and everyone had a laugh.

A couple of months later there was bomb scare when they found something ticking in a student's bag in the school library (not my clock), it was only then that I realized what a bullet I dodged.

Another instance where he does this, but they're arab men and aren't intrinsically afraid of him. Does make me wonder how fitting the stereotype played into the reaction.
