eh lab testing being required isn't unusual, but most states would have had that set up for medical sales before legalizing recreational sales. i know new mexico already has 3-4 set up and running for medical.

Vegas also already had medical set up before it went legal recreationally. Either way, two years is way too long to be waiting for that shit to get set up lol. In New Mexico we went from zero to first shop opening within like...6-8 months.
