Ive always been of the inclination that if the kids feet touch the ground, its too old.
What say u?

as soon as they can walk. gotta get those calves growing at an early age before people think they skip leg day.

Kids are small creatures with short legs, it’s completely normal for them to get tired after walking, especially if they’ve been in activity all day. My daughter is 3 and we still rely on the stroller when going for longer walks. But I will probably just try to ditch it within a year or so. The thing is, I don’t have a car so it gets extra tiring for both of us, especially when grocery shopping+carry all of it home.
-
I definitely think it’s semi-situational.
For the most part, I think they should be pretty much 100% done by about 4. But if you walk to get groceries and shit, the stroller might be helpful (and strollers also can carry a lot of stuff). I think about 4 was when my kid was done with strollers, but we did use one right after turning 4 st Disney world because it was a fuck ton of walking for a little kid.
Sometimes I see those pics of like 8 year olds in strollers and smh 🤦♀️

it doesn't really matter, as long as your stroller is big enough

Parents get too hung up on this shit (I've been guilty of it also)
There isn't a "right age" for anything. Tying shoes, riding a bike, ditching a blanky, using a stroller, breastfeeding, etc. Every kid is different and quite often you're just causing extra anxiety or tension trying to force your kid into something they're not ready for.
That being said, there is an upper limit to this shit where it becomes detrimental, but I don't think 6 years old in a stroller is hitting that yet.

Parentbore: how old ia too old for a stroller?
After their first swear word.

Seen older kids in strollers before, but my sister made it a good point that you shouldn't assume someone's condition without knowing I guess.
Saw a 7 year old kid that seemed fine, screaming like a brat in the stroller, but you never truly know.

6 months. Lazy bastards better get on their feet and walk. And get a job at age 8.

3 imo, depending on what’s on your agenda for the day... a full day of walking about is going to tire a kid out while an afternoon walk is aight. My 2 1/2 year old only uses our stroller if it’s really hot or the day is long.
Also if you’re a filthy breeder with more than one child within stroller age get this https://philandteds.com/us/Products/push/dot
Way better than a side by side option.
