Chili is kind of a base recipe for your personal variation. For a winterish taste, I would add some cubed potatoes, a bit of rosemary or thyme and some bacon to it. The chili base itself is easy to make, just braise some ground meat (preferably mixed beef/pork), black beans, onions, whole garlic cloves after personal taste, canned tomatoes, chopped chiles and a good helping of tabasco for a few hours at low temperature.

My god, what kind of beer is that?
It's "Malzbier" and quite harmless, there is no real English translation for it. Literal translation would be "Malt beer". It has got a very smooth taste and is also good as a base for oven roasts.
Here's a wiki on it:

Okay, here are the three bottles from my second conditioned batch of Federman's Select Super Bowl Pale Ale homebrew:

I have a pretty crazy high tolerance, but just two of these give me a noticeable effect.  If I had to guess, it's probably comparable to those high proof Russian lagers I used to have imported at my local beer store.

I'll get Disposable White Guy to corroborate.

I don't know how she made it but my parents brought me over some Broiled? Pork Chops with spanish spices that my grandmother had made. It was like heaven, the meat fell apart, was extremely falvorful...just perfect.

I can kick a mean spaghetti also.

Heres an awesome pie recipie I invented:

What you need:

1 pie dish approx 8" wide and 3" deep

500g Prime beef mince

1 420g tin hot chilli beans (I used watties)

1 420g tin chopped tomatoes

5 teaspons Cayenne pepper

30 ml regular tabasco sauce

A few big sheets of flaky puff pastry

100g mozzarella cheese

Method:

Put some oil in a saucepan, and put it on a medium to high heat. Once its hot throw the mince in, break it up with a wooden spoon and toss around until Its all fairly cooked, then add the beans and tomatoes.
Bring to the boil then cut to low heat, add cayenne pepper and tabasco while stirring. Reduce/simmer mixture until its very thick and suitable for pie filling.
(generally takes around 30-40 mins)
Oil up the dish and line pie dish with pastry sheet. Throw half the cheese on the bottom and pour in meat mix until full. Add the rest of the cheese and cover with another pastry sheet.
Pre heat your oven to 200 C. Throw pie in and bake for about 45 mins or until pastry has puffed up and cooked.

Done!

It is a beefsteak, seasoned with thyme, oregano, onions and garlic, filled with feta cheese.
