There's really nothing that comes close. I rarely crave just the flavor of an alcoholic drink, but coquito is just so damn delicious and smooth.
Pina colada comes second, also made with liberal amounts of coconut when done right, but in general I don't find myself liking coconut in lots dishes/drinks, or even straight up.

Yeahhhh buddy. Its sweet and smooth as hell. Works very well with rum. I made four bottles recently and, without using egg, its as simple as one two three. Measure, blend, bottle.
I'm surprised people think it's a monumental task. You just need nutmeg, cinnamon, cans of evaporated and condensed milk, leche de coco, and vanilla extract.

True. And michelada > bloody mary. You latin exes got some good ideas.

What about tokkelroom.

Fresh ground nutmeg and cinnamon do so much for coquito. I aslo use Sri lankan Ceylon cinnamon. Sets my coquito apart from others. Thr cinnamon sticks themselves are soft and brittle. You can actually break it apart with your fingers. It has a less strong cinnamon taste and has been described as almost peppermint like.
