I missed several shooters as there are many of them, Raiden started the "bullets everywhere" trend that I dont like in modern shooters.

Also raiden was done on so many platforms, so it can be had elsewhere.

I also should mention psychic storm and terraforming.

Indeed

we could go on for days the PCE was the king of shooters.

Even though the last shooter Police woman saphhire was technically impressive it's not the best shooter.
