Title: Abroad or Domestic?

Looking at schools for animation. Should I stay domestic or abroad? On one hand, the industry is about contacts. Staying domestic would give me contacts. But it’s also about skill. Going abroad would give me better skill and the experience of living in another country. What are your thoughts?

Avoid as much debt as possible

VFS is a bloody 12 month program?! It also is the number one animation school? Or at least number 2? What the bloody hell. I could be in and out in 12 months?! :mindblown

Edit: program looks suspect despite the rep and far too for profit.

My number one school. It’s in Kaneda. Not sure if I’ll get in but I’ve been working towards applying to them for months.

The three month career placement is the biggest sell.
