I discovered dunkey thanks to the Bore, but besides him and Game Sack, I don't know which channels are worth my time.
Which channels would you recommend?

Game Makers Toolkit is my favourite channel. Mark Brown analyses game design in lots of different ways. Really interesting and very professionally done. The videos are all only about 10 minutes long, so his videos don't get bogged by mindless details. He is really good at figuring out why certain games are designed that way and why that makes those games fun. If you like Zelda I recommend his series on Zelda's dungeons as a starting point.

Northlion playing Binding of Isaac is my go-to channel to watch while I'm eating breakfast.

My new favorite thing is watching Big Brother season 10 winner/season 14 runner-up Dan Gheesling play Minecraft and Escape from Tarkov:

Mandalore Gaming, Easy Allies, Digital Foundry, SuperBunnyhop and GirlGamerGab (only if you really like horror games, she plays some obscure ones at times) are the only videogame channels i'm subbed to.
Mandalore Gaming and SuperBunnyHop are the only two i'd really recommend, though.
There's a million "games analysis with pretentios voice" but i hate 99% of them to be honest, they are really basic shit usually ("look, the developer is guiding us with light! Wow"), MatthewMatosis is alright though, but i ain't subbed 'cause i don't got time for his 4 hours videos; his God of War one was 100% spot on, one of the few i watched all the way through.

Supergreatfriend. Best LPer to come out of Something Awful. Very relaxed guy with a saint's patience who obviously takes pride in his videos.

His Siren LP is very informative and thorough.

His Mode LP is also worth watching, mainly because of how weird the game is.

Soviet Womble. Multiplayer shenanigans. The Arma, Dayz and CSGO videos are best, I think. Master of captions.

Jeremy Parish. More of a historian. Tedious Nintendo focus, but still interesting. Video-equivalent to Hardcoregaming101, but unlike HG101's stable, he can actually write.

Accursed Farms/Ross Scott, of Freeman's Mind fame. I'm recommending his Game Dungeon series, for which he often plays obscure and/or bad games to completion. Quality varies widely by game. (Very distinctive voice and enunciation. It's not a bit.)

Noah Caldwell-Gervais. Long-form retrospective reviews of classic video games. Actually a podcast. The video portion is just a loose collection of footage that's never timed to what he's talking about. Laborious. Recommend starting with a video on a series you've played yourself.

Teh Snarkerer. Long-form retrospective reviews of obscure jank, though not exclusively. Talks much more about how the games play than Noah does. Video is also much more relevant to whatever he's saying, which in this case is a downside, as they're 1+ hours. Masochist.

I also like WWE wrassler Xavier Woods/Austin Creed's gaming channel, UpUpDownDown. It's pretty entertaining and fun to see the various WWE guys play or talk about games- a lot of them are pretty heavy gamers/collectors. I think he's way more into video games than he is into pro wrestling. :lol

This was really stupid, but got hilarious by the end.

In addition to some of the ones already mentioned, My Life In Gaming has some good stuff (and they don't come off as smug like some of the other collector/gaming info types can), plus I like Rerez and ETA Prime for emulation stuff and looks at various knock-off consoles and emu boxes.

I don't subscribe to Last Gamer, but every now and then I'll check his channel to see if any more crazy videos showing his absolutely insane collection are posted. This guy has literally the biggest video game collection in the world.
https://www.youtube.com/user/TheLastGamertube/videos (https://www.youtube.com/user/TheLastGamertube/videos)
Sometimes I check out collector-types like Metal Jesus Rocks, Radical Reggie, John Hancock, or RGT85, but there's usually something just smug or dumb that makes me stop watching.

Crying is not Enough. Needed a saint's patience for that one.
Might as well throw in my favourite SA let's players. The Men Drinkin Coffee. Their last let's play is coming up anyways.

This guy Keith Ballard is relatively low key, but I find his walkthroughs enjoyable.

Chrontendo - basically going through the Famicom library in chronological order, with really in-the-weeds discussions about obscure developers and the relative importance of each game in the overall library. Very low key but I love his voice, it's great to go to sleep to.
